1. Introduction to Pop Up Memorials
Hello and welcome to Pop Up Memorials. We have put together this guide to help you understand how our memorial and ceremony services work, including the details on quotes, payments, and our shared responsibilities. By using our site or choosing our services, you are agreeing to these simple guidelines.
2. Service Agreements. A formal quote will be issued upon request and is valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is payable after acceptance, with the remaining balance due within 48 hours of the event.
Pop Up Memorials offers tailored ceremony planning. Estimates are valid for 30 days after issuance. Upon approval, a 50% deposit is due, with the full balance required 48 hours before the event. For locations over 60km from Rockingham, WA, travel fees apply and will be quoted upfront.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients must provide precise details during planning, such as venue location, guest counts, and special event needs. Incomplete or incorrect data may impact our service delivery. Please note that travel fees apply for any locations further than 60 kilometres from Rockingham, Western Australia; these costs will be clearly outlined in your initial quote.
4. Liability and Privacy Policy
We prioritise your privacy and process all personal information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. All details provided through our platforms and communications are shared in good faith. We only collect the specific data necessary to deliver our memorial services and respond to your inquiries effectively. Your information is stored securely, and we maintain a firm policy against selling personal data to third parties. Under Australian Consumer Law, Pop Up Memorials limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. Clients are welcome to contact us to request access to their records, or to ask for the correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to our statutory and legal obligations.
